4. The Platform Is Not an Employer

Build Elite and its Industry Hub are industry information and connection platforms.

The Platform is not:

The Platform does not:

  • Create employment relationships
  • Pay wages
  • Handle taxes
  • Determine work qualifications
  • Manage OSHA compliance
  • Manage jobsite safety

Users are solely responsible for cooperation, hiring, payment, and project outcomes.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may share necessary information in the following situations:

  • When a user chooses to make profile information public
  • When a user participates in cooperation, recruiting, or messaging
  • When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

You may initiate account deletion in the app under Me → Account Security → Delete Account, after verifying your registered phone number.
